Workspace isolation
Every CaptureVantage customer operates in an isolated workspace. Your data is scoped by organization ID at the database level — other customers cannot access your opportunities, pursuits, or company profile.
Authentication
We use industry-standard session-based authentication with encrypted credentials. Enterprise plans include SSO / SAML integration for centralized identity management.
Infrastructure
CaptureVantage runs on AWS with encrypted data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. MongoDB Atlas provides our database layer with automated backups and monitoring.
Audit logging
Enterprise workspaces include immutable audit logs for compliance-sensitive actions — pursuit decisions, profile changes, and user access events.
